my husband's address changed during process and we updated them through mail and email but i guess they never updated it on their system CAIPS notes still has the old address so they kept sending letter to the old address and they sent him a letter asking for updated police certificate in april...

is that even possible? And even if it is would not it be much time consuming since CIC Islamabad takes about 3 years to solve a case. The processing time is 28 months where as if i go through ADR it will probably be within a year I guess. I am not sure though since i dont have any knowledge...

yes i did and they told my MP that they had made a decision and sent letter to us on nov 11th .....and then mp emailed them to verify the address and they have not replied since 2 weeks :-[
