Help understanding GCMS notes

Hi Seniors,
I need help regarding understanding GCMS notes:
1. Under assessment,
Eligibility not started- but due date was marked as 2020/10/25. Why the due date is beyond the completion date? We applied on 2019/09/04.
Security not started but due date was mentioned as 2020/10/27. Does it really not started or they started but didn't update?
Criminality passed- bio. What's Does this mean?

2.PCC(checked). What does this mean? Did they verified my PCC?

3.officer notes as "green principal applicant application promoted". What does this mean?
