I'm not sure what to do...my kids and my cousins kids go to canada every summer to visit their great grand parents and my mom just moved up there also. but last year me and my boyfriend tried to go pick up our kids and my cousins kids and were denied because of past charges that are over 5 years ago (dui) this is the first time this has happened ever! so my question is do they red-flag your passport if we were to try and cross again?
help! take my kids to see their gp in canada but was denied last year!

If you were denied entry due to criminal inadmissibility, don't even think about trying to sneak over the border until you have formally sorted out the problem. Your criminal record is visible to CBSA and they might give you an exclusion if you push your luck.momfjtpjcj said:
