Help spousal sponsorship November 2016

Hi i am new to this forum,i need help i am a Quebec Resident ,I live in Montreal my husband lives in Nigeria.we met August 2015 and we got married July 2016(traditional and civil wedding)we both Africans. I started with the process of spousal application in September 2016 its been very stressful and exhausting since i could't afford a lawyer my husband completed the application and send all supporting documents ,i also filled out sponsor application went through the document checklist.everything put together i met with a consultant last Friday i paid a fee to make corrections to make sure its rightly done before mailing it to CIC in Mississuaga,she checked all forms for sponsored person and sponsor,supporting documents wedding pictures and prove of communication.She made some corrections and advised me to send type the application do it oniine and validate it to avoid CIC making mistakes by not able to see our handwritings,typing and attaching the sections with signature my question is did any one use a pen with their handwriting on their application or it was typed on line and printed out,secondly my husband and i communicate more on email ,i also use calling cards (phone cards)the consultant said CIC stopped accepting calling cards i don't have prove of history of calls all i can provide are call cards my husband doesn't use his direct line to call me me so his incoming calls doesn't show his number i asked my phone provider its not possible should i still add my calling cards thought she said CIC will not accept those calling cards she advised me to write to CIC and explain why i don't have call history.i am stressed out i really want to send my application this november,. please i need help .thanks

To make it simple don't include it if CIC won't accept it. Also, do as the consultant said and explain on a separate sheet of paper why you don't have call history. I had a similar situation I needed to explain and I did so by writing it by hand but you can also type it if you wish. The choice is yours. Ideally typing it is better if the handwriting is hard to read.
