You don't need a bank balance to apply for a work permit. You need a full time job offer from a Canadian employer and an approved LMIA from your Canadian employer. Both of these things are going to be extremely difficult to get. You need to focus on getting them first. Without these two things - you'll have no work permit.

Hello Attiqa:

I believe Scylla made it clear to you that you do not need a bank statement to apply for a work permit. Is there a reason you are asking about the bank statement again?
Also, your uncle cannot 'give' you the work permit. If he is going to be your potential employer, after you complete your studies in Pakistan, he will have to apply for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) for you. As of now, the fee to apply for LMIA is $1,000. It is not easy to obtain one.

Since you are planning to come to Canada after 4 years, rules may change.
