help regarding study visa at CDI college toronto, Ontario

hello,
I recently got admission in CDI college for Business Administration diploma, which is of 10months. i spoke directly to the International admission director who guided me with the whole process. they have the DLI number as i checked numerous time. i sent him photocopies of my academic credential and my IELTS General result, on which i scored 7.0 Band. he took an admission test from me in my country by designating a proctor and offered me waiver from the Academic Ielts.. My profile is as follows:
"10th:- 85% (Science)
12th :- 66% (Science)
bachelor 2years :- 50% (Journalism and history)
MBA 2 years:- 3.5 CGPA (Banking and finance)
9+ wroking experience as an Administrative Assitant in a Government Office"
Now my question is what are my chances for study visa with my opted course and college?? and would it bother the visa officer that i am exempted by the college to attempt and produce Academic IElTS score?? i am thinking to show CAD 32000 by a loan statement whereas total expense of living 12000 CAD and tution CAD 15500 equal to CAD 27500 ??
A quick response will be highly appreciated as i have to apply visa asap because my classes are going to start in september 2017 and visa processing time for my country is 4 weeks..

I think you won't have trouble... it will depend on how you show the whole case. You have to have strong ties to your home country.

It may be in case you have a letter from your employment stating that you will go to Canada for study reasons, but that they will be waiting for your return holding the job for you... other ties would be family, businesses, properties, etc...

yes the office will issue me Ex-Pakistan leaves for one year if i get my visa for study purposes.. and my MBA degree is in printing process: if i intend to apply earlier and dont add that degree with the visa application , then would it effect my visa application as the college is okay with my bachelor degree as well but the education gap becomes of 7 years of which i was doing full time job?

Very low chances of PR with only a 10 month course. Also, CDI is a private institute and there's always some risk you might not get a PGWP when you finish (DLI number doesn't guarantee a PGWP). CDI has a pretty bad reputation here. If you're going to spend that much money coming here, pick a public college instead. Stay away from places like CDI.

i have an active mpnp application as well but all i want to do is to have a canadian education added to myself.. which would help me in later stages. CDI college is offering me convenient ways for fees as well as upfront payments thats why i opted for it and other colleges have too much waiting list of international students. i am gambling on my chances here to get a PGWP after the study and find a job myslf there at the work permit time

I'm from Toronto (born here, worked here for a long time). I'm telling you that CDI has a terrible reputation with employers. It's really not going to help you once you're here - might even harm. Pick a public college like Humber or Seneca or Centennial instead. CDI is providing you with a convenient way to pay your tuition because they are a garbage school and need to do anything they can to attract students. Don't do it.

I understand the language is a way to measure your adaptability, so as far as you have a good level, then it should be no problem for the visa officer. I understand that Academic IELTS is not a requirement for the visa application itself...

thanks daniel... one thing more I am going to apply for study visa. But i want to know that can my brother in law support my education as he has good statement. He is in belgium n doing a white collar job. Can i attach his bank statement with my visa application as my guardian? Will that be accepted?
