No, it is not necessary to submit a PoA.
A PoA is a legal document signed by your husband in your favor..... authorizing you to represent or act on his behalf. It can have various clauses.... sometimes it stops just short of allowing someone to even sell the property.
Having said this, how can you prove conclusively that you really manage your husband's property.... and that you are not claiming to do so just to show a *tie*?
