Help Regarding Family info form

Hi

I am helping 80 year old grand parents in applying for Canada visitor visa and they don't remember their parents and siblings date of birth, they are all deceased though.

What can be done in such case

They can fill in the names, state they are deceased.

If the Date of Birth is not known then fill in * (asterix) for the unknown date/month/year
