Hi
I am Oct 1 applicant
I got refused email because of wrong job title and duties.

following is the letter. please help how i can proceed now.

IRCC Signature-English

Date: April , 2016

UCI:
Application:

Email:

Dear :

I have now completed the assessment of your application for a permanent resident visa as a member of the Canadian Experience Class and have determined that you do not meet the requirements for immigration to Canada.

According to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, applicants in the Canadian Experience Class are assessed on the basis of the pass/fail requirements set out in subsection R87.1(2). The assessment of these criteria determines whether a worker with Canadian experience will be able to become economically established in Canada. The criteria are:

· knowledge of English or French,

· Canadian skilled work experience,

· temporary resident status during the period of work experience in Canada

Your application was assessed based on the occupation(s) which you identified as part of your skilled work experience in Canada:

I am not satisfied that you meet the skilled work experience requirement(s) because:

I note that you declared work experience as an Inventory Clerk Supervisor under NOC 1215 from AUG2013 to AUG2014 at . I note that the duties stated in the letter of employment provided by your employer are inconsistent with the lead statement for your declared NOC1215. I also note that you did not perform a substantial number of the duties for NOC 1215.
However, I note that the duties you declared are consistent with the lead statement and that you performed a substantial number of the duties of NOC1524 (Purchasing and inventory control workers). However, I note that NOC 1524 is a skill type C occupation and, therefore, ineligible under the Canadian Experience Class.
Having considered the above information, I am not satisfied that you have met the minimum requirement of one year of qualifying work experience in a NOC 0, A or B occupation as set out in R87.1.

Subsection 11(1) of the Act states that a foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or for any other document required by the Regulations. The visa or document shall be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of this Act. Subsection 2(1) specifies that unless otherwise indicated, references in the Act to “this Act” include regulations made under it.

Following an examination of your application, I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Act and Regulations for the reasons explained above. I am therefore refusing your application

Thank you for the interest you have shown in Canada.

Regards,

Looks like your file went into second review and this decision has been made. If you have ordered any GCMS notes earlier then you might have a chance to look at the first officer comments. Based on the GCMS comments you can provide any supporting documents to them before they took this decision.

Some officers will react in this way. But anyhow try to send them any supporting documents to confirm you have right NOC code.Or else consult and Immigration consultant to review your situation

I am also in the same position, Lead statement and Main Duties does not appear to be met are the comments by First officer and now its in Second review. I just sent an email to them saying everything is matching according to NOC code with highlighting them.

I am not sure what will happen after this.

It obviously looks like the officer accessing your application concluded that the job you claimed experience in was not skilled (NOC C) based on the letter you provided.

You could maybe post the letter (omitting personal information) you supplied with your application to see if anyone could provide a critique or any advice.

They refused your application after 19 months of wait time??? Ok now I am scared that this may happen to me :'(

I say you try sending some supporting documents showing that you meet the NOC you applied under and that it is NOC B not NOC C

Go online, look into the NOC 2011 database, search for your NOC number, take whatever duties they include and write it on a employment letter signed by your supervisor/boss or HR department (don't lie with your duties just type them the way they want to see them)

Good luck

Sorry to hear that :(

May I ask did you provide a generic Letter of Employment which you got upon being hired or you provided one that has been edited a little bit more to fit more to what you claimed for the Supervisor position?

Also the lead statement, would you mind sharing what you provided to IRCC? (Without releasing your own info of course)
