Hi,
CRS total points shown in EE profile is profile 341. However when I am calculating my points on below CIC link, my points are 360.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp
I sent a technical query to CIC but it's been 1 month, there is no response.
Is there anyone who had similar issue, please suggest what can be done.

Just want to mention that, you should definitely retake IELTS exam and try to secure 8 or more in listening and 7 or more in other sections, You'll cross 400 and will be eligible for provincial nomination.
