Hi Anna,
My ECA report mentions - Two Bachelor's degree (Four years) Which category does it fit into?
CRS - Skill Transferability - Education 13

Did you enter "Post-secondary program credential of one year or longer" or "Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on " in EE profile. The difference of 12 points is due to this.

CRS - Human Capital - Level of Education 112

Did you enter "Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute" or "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years"

This difference of 7 points is also related to your education. I believe you have selected one degree in EE profile instead of Two or more which is causing the difference of 19 points (12 in skill transferability and 7 in Education).

If you just increase IELTS (L 7.5) to L 8.0, your points will increase by 50 points (considering 360), else it will increase by 37 points (considering 341). In case it becomes 410, you will get Ontario PNP.

Hi what if you have only a Master's degree( no undergraduate) but a professional qualification like CIM in place of bachelors ?it fulfills the 2 or more post secondary credentials criteria but not the " 3 year duration.
This only matters in the skill transferability section as the education section gives you the option of entering Masters as the answer.
any advice is appreciated.
TIA!
