Please help, i forgot to include picture on my aaplication fpr pr, i submitted via mail last week to CIc, can i mail it again separately or should i wait to CiC to request it? My nominee will expire on march 30, 2015, dobt know what to do

You have to wait untill you have a file number.
If you send now they won't even know who you are.

Hi Ann2, do you have a current file number or any other documentation with CIC that they can attach it to? As long as they have you somewhere on their system they could likely match it up. I am not familiar with the nominee program so maybe someone else will weigh in on this. You may also want to call their helpline on Monday and see if you get a nice and knowledgeable agent on the line who can perhaps guide you.

As long as your other envelope was postmarked before the deadline then it should not be a problem for them to follow up back to you with a photo request, if they cannot match up the one that you send in. I always suggest sending anything to CIC with a tracking number so that the sender can ensure their documents are being received. If you send with a tracking number then it needs to be signed at the destination and this can help sometimes with paper trails. It can also be another method of identifying your package to CIC. I am sure it will be fine. Blessings.

Ok so your nominee letter has a file number? If so then CIC must have generated that number for you. Is that correct? If it is correct then make a photocopy of your nominee letter and send that along with the photo and an explanation letting them know you forgot to include the photo with the first package. They wont return the entire application if you forget to include the photos . it will come as an additional request in a later stage if everything else is there
