Help - Parent Sponsorship - Where to pay $490 RPRF (Right of PR fee)?

Hi,
I am sponsoring my parent. The medical & Police Clearences are done, & I have been asked to pay $490 as RPRF (Right of Permanent Residence Fee).

I had paid $550 (Processing Fee) at the outset, so only owe this $490 now.

How to pay it? They gave me a link https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en, yet when I go through this, there is no option to pay just the $490.

There are options to pay just the $550 (processing fee), or $1,040 (processing + RPRF), but none for just the $490!!

Meanwhile, their tight deadline is approaching! What to do?

on the "online payment" page, choose the "Right of Permanent Resident Fee" on the list of Permanent resident fees. it sounds like you are clicking on fees listed under the "family sponsorship" list. the right of permanent resident fee is the link right above family sponsorship.

Thanks for the response, yet even following that step, I ended up at the same screen.

Yet Immigration Canada, on querying, have recently informed me of the following link which has allowed me to effect payment.

In case anyone else faced the same problem, the above link is the correct one.
