HELP !!! Out land Spousal Sponsorship Online Application PR Portal

Hi

I applied for my spouse using the new PR Portal in December 2021,I have only received an email from IRCC with Subject : Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada: Information about F000xxxxxx Correspondence Id: x-xxxxxxxx.
I was able to create a Party ID and track the application status,I can see an Updated field on the top right corner that says Updated:Mar 21, 2022.
What does that mean?
Do IRCC send letters to your mailbox? (I have been out and changed my address ) or would they send all the correspondence on the email?

Any guess where the application is at?

Usually your processing office will be let know once your sponsor approval is completed in my cases got both emails from Sydney NS.
Also update IRCC if your address change through web form when you log into the portal
