help on CAQ for foreign students

I can't even get to "begin application" .. when I click the button for this, it just a blank page,and after 5 minutes of waiting it shows an error.
I also registered an account. I tried checking browser settings, have the right adobe, etc. None of this seem to work.
Are these due to net traffic? site being down? Has anyone encountered similar problem and what did you do? thanks

i do had a same issue while applying for caq. Think so it was due to site maintenance. Try to applying during canada office timings.
