No, in the ITA your husband cannot mention that you would be accompanying him since he initially declared in his EE profile that you will not be accompanying. I have read about at least of couple of cases on the forum where the application was rejected for this reason. CIC discourages this practice where an applicant tries to get more points (to get ITA) by mentioning spouse is not accompanying and later mention that spouse is accompanying in the eAPR.diya8214 said:Can my husband add me after he gets ITA?? Yes, this. Even if you are added after he gets the ITA, the points will be recalculated anyway during the initial checks in the PR application. So let him just add you and your child as accompanying now.nmeka said:Adding spouse as accompanying might bring your points down, Until and unless they are not less than the CRS cut off for that draw, you guys should be fine. My suggestion would be add before ITA.
If you are sure of a job offer, then he can add you and your child as 'accompanying' now itself.diya8214 said:What if he gets a job offer?? He will get 600 points for that. And if he adds me after that and the scores and even recalculated wont b any problem ryt?
Job offer is not enough. He needs approved LMIA and should link it to his application.diya8214 said:What if he gets a job offer?? He will get 600 points for that. And if he adds me after that and the scores and even recalculated wont b any problem ryt?
