i approximately showed approximately $30K in bank and immovable assests of $9.2M CAD on my name.
So for a 5 month visit using most of your funds because you cannot work. Again, your spouse is PR and pregnant and IRCC doesn't believe that you are just coming to visit. You will file inland sponsorship as soon as you land.

so after applying for PR, can i change my leave plan to 2 months or lesser than that. will they compare the details with my previous applications?. Also any suggestion on the funds for 1-2 months of stay?
IRCC can read all past applications. Applying for PR is not enough to then submit another TRV application. You need to wait for AOR which takes months, and shows that you submitted a complete application.

How far along is your spouse? She needs to make plans to deliver without you or return and give birth in home country with you.

Her medical condition is normal, she is working from home, she is given medicine for diabetes and some vitamins and mineral supplements.
Then she is just pregnant. It's not a medical condition that will speed up a TRV application for compassion ground. (you know what I mean)

Would add that depending on how long she had been out of Canada before August and exact travel dates she may also have had to reapply for a new health card to qualify for healthcare. You must meet a residency requirement to qualify for provincial healthcare along with having a valid health card. A fairly normal pregnancy is not viewed as a medical condition and more like a personal decision
