help needed .. spouse has lost old passport

hi .. i am the primary applicant and my spouse has lost her 1st passport. Till date she has issued a total of 3 passports. we have the second and third passport but do not have any scan of the first passport.

What can be done?

You dont need it, just current passport.

Any other thoughts ? I am pretty sure we need to upload at least 1st and last page of old passports.

Where did you get this info? You need biopage and all pages with stamps from current passport.

These guys are right.

The instructions only ask for the biometric page (s), pages with stamps, visas and markings in your current/valid passport.
So submitting old ones is optional, but not necessary.
