Help needed ! Schedule A request

Hi Guys,

I forgot to mention in the express entry application form that i got rejected for USA for student and visitor. Today i got a schedule A request and they are asking to fill up question 6 with accuracy. I am writing here about my rejection for USA here. Will that be negative to the VO? I really forgot to write in the express entry form.

The best thing you can do is to be completely honest while completing the schedule A form. CIC may know already that you got rejected and just want to make sure you are fully disclosing this information; don't forget to explain in the form the reasons for rejection. I believe that as long as those reasons were not illegal and/or criminal you should be fine and it should not have a negative impact on your application. Hopefully it will all be fine.

I have a clarification i got rejected for Visitorvisa and F1(student) visa and i dont know the reasons behind them. its just i am not able to satisfy the VO. Can i write this as a reason?

If you don't know the reason for the refusal, just be sure to check "yes" and then give the types of visas, country, and dates. If that's all you know, it's all you know!

Even i was rejected by US for my business visa but I am wondering where do you mention this information while filling express entry. I didn't come across this question while filling my EE submission.

It should have been there under your personal history ---> Statutory questions.

Thanks Kucuy. I have answered as NO for this question by mistake. I didn't read all these statutory questions properly and I put NO for all those questions at the time of submission.

Let's see if they come up with Schedule A then I will mention in that document as I was rejected by US for my business visa with out any reason. Even I dont know the reason.

Hi guys need your help
I got request for Schedule 4 and Schedule 4-A
I have fields for both to upload
I have PNP under EE-CEC so I need to fill Schedule 4
But schedule 4-A is for nominees got under business or self employee
Can I ignore that?
I submitted schedule 4 already and it still says waiting for my action for Schedule 4-A

Can I ignore it? Or should I upload it without filling?
