I recieved passport request on June 9th and sent my passport to Ottawa already. However on one of my photos I forgot to include my name and date of birth. It does have the photographers specifications. Did anyone else experience this? Please let me know I am worried.

Don't worry. It should be OK, and if it isn't, they'll just ask you to send another picture. Worst case it takes a couple more weeks to get your passport back - they aren't going to reject you for this.

I'm not gonna be able to sleep lol. Has anyone else been in the same situation?
You said "on one of my photos" - do you mean that you wrote it on the other one? If yes, then you don't need to worry at all - that's all they need. You don't have to write it on both photos.

The photographs that are requested with the PPR are for the PR card. If you inadvertently did not write your name behind one of the pics you sent, not a big deal. If the IRCC wants that will ask you to re-submit. It will not delay your passport return. Also, in some cases CBSA officers ask from additional photographs when an applicant does his landing.

So don't worry, most likely they will be accepted.
