I am fresh graduate from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology in the field of Telecommunication from Pakistan. My CGPA is 2.56/4 (57.4%), and i have passed IELTS exams with band score of 6.5. I wanted to know about my chances to get admission in Master of Electronics and Computer Engineering and in which university?

You would have better chances if you applied to a college because most Canadian universities require a GPA of 3.0 for entry to a master program.

great thank you. One more thing after completing college studies can i enroll for a master program ? will there be some special requirements? Can you refer any colleges to me please.

Uni of Windsor
UNB
Uni of Regina
Uni of Sask, etc...

Explore them, check whether you are eligible with this GPA or not and go ahead.

these all universities require 3 GPA or above. What would you suggest?????
 
Mail all these universities your profile and ask them directly, at times they accept low GPA's too but for that you have to ask the institutes directly they provide best information.
