Help Needed: IELTS Score Eligibility for Canadian FSW

Hi

Need some clarification.

I am planning to apply for Canada FSW and below is my score for IELTS,
Listening: 8.0
Reading: 7.0
Writing: 6.0
Speaking: 7.5
Over all: 7.0

Someone mentioned to me that if any of my score is 6 than all other 3 other criteria's will be treated as 6 too which give me 16 (4x4) points in language category of FSW.
Need to know if that the case or I am been misguided.

I thought my over all points would be 22.

Please help and guide.

You'll get overall 22 marks -
Listening: 8.0 - 6 marks
Reading: 7.0 - 6 marks
Writing: 6.0 - 4 marks
Speaking: 7.5 - 6 marks


4 points per language skill area if their proficiency meets the threshold set by the
Minister
5 points per language skill area if their proficiency exceeds the threshold fixed by the
Minister for that language skill area by one benchmark level and
6 points per language skill area if their proficiency exceeds the threshold set by the
Minister for that language skill area by at least two benchmark levels
