Help needed for creating EE profile ??? PLZZZZZ

When i created 1st profile it shows ineligible. i was not able to edit or resubmit again. i got reference number for that ineligible profile through mail.

right now i am creating new profile. so my question

what should i write in question. Have u applied under express entry before?Huh

Should i write "YES" or "NO"

Hi rifsim1216. Just wondering if your new profile went through? Were you successful in creating new entry? Did you answer "no" for the question "have u applied under express entry before?"
