McGill also has a one-to-one degree equivalency rule so they will accept bachelor's degree graduates from the Philippines directly into their masters program. Other universities (U of T and Ottawa and UBC) require that you have either started or finished masters locally already before applying.
I tried emailing universities but they all say that they dont pre assess applicants and that I should just apply online
only brock university said that I would need both masters and bachelors
