First of all, check your account if you're applying by yourself to see if it says anywhere that your BIL is received.
If you're applying using agent, ask them to check for you.
Or, you can contact your VFS Office directly.
The BIL request is valid for 30 days, I hope they do receive it somehow, just "forget" to update.
