My dependent is 6 years old .. cic office from trinidad contact my dependant asking her to fill out . Imm0008 , Imm5669 and Imm5406.. do i put my information or do i put hers on the form since she is under 18 years of age???? Am in canada.

So at the top where they ask to indicate whether you are the principal applicant or the spouse or dependant 18 years or older of the principal applicant.. which do i choose since she is neither???

It's her part of the PR so just for this paper she is the principal applicant.

Who is the adult that is applying for PR and are they applying through the Family Class Sponsorship stream?
(let's start there).

So I applied under family class, spousal sponsorship .

Then YOU are the principle applicant and she is simply your dependent. You'll need to complete the IMM0008DEP form on her behalf and include the $75 fee for her. She also needs a medical exam from a CIC approved Panel Physician, just like you do.

She will also need written permission from her father for you to bring her to Canada.

I already paid all my fees and submitted everything... my daughter is not in canada so the office in trinidad ask for these forms for my dependant. I just needed to know on the forms for her if she becomes the principal applicant since the information they are asking for is about her...

We did the same for my husbands 9 yr old. Her mother filled them out on the child's behalf and had to submit to the VO where they requested. So yea she would be the principal applicant for that one form
