Hi Guys,
I want to bring my nephew in Canada, Unfortunately he is not very well educated, he has just high school and college certificate.
Obviously English is also an issue, still he trying to get proficiency, and score in IELTS 6 OR 7, BUT SO FAR NO SUCCESS.
The other option, I see is foriegn worker, Can ANY BODY GUIDE ME, which area I he should be applying and has more chance of success......
He is 26, single, He has 2 years college certificate and 6 years good printing press experience and some marketing experience.

I am Canadian and living here for last 15 years, has reasonable job.

maybe try david cohen immigration ofc, right here where we have interaction. you may be paying for a fee and yet for the case of your nephew there's more options waiting under their assistance...

Your best route will probably be to find him a job offer and employer willing and able to get a positive labour market opinion (LMO).
