Help in filling student questionnaire form...

Hi friends,

I need help in filling the student questionnaire form,,,,,

In the 3rd question,

3) Complete the following chart with regard to a) your parents and b) any other individual, including yourself, who is a primary financial support for your program of studies, where applicable.

Do i need to enter all the sponsor details or only the primary sponsor details? pls let me knw... Bcos i saw some rejection chances saying that u r nt well established in ur country... So do i need to fill abt all sponsors??? However, i am taking education loan against FD of 13,50,000. So what should i fill in questionnarie form? and what supporting documents do i need to attach with it? pls help me.... By the way am applying under SPP.....

Hi Wilmani,
In my form i mention income about my parents and myself. Did not provide any income proofs of my parents but attached my own salary slip, experience letter abd joining letter.
So, it will be gud if you can provide proofs.

Myself also took 10 Lac loan against FD of 11 Lacs and 2.7 lacs in margin (open in saving account), so your loan amount will be fine.

WTW, i got my visa.

Have u provided any supporting docs for FDs?
I mean any FD receipts like that?
If u dnt mind pls write ur entire chek list...pls...

I submitted all documents mentioned in the SPP Checklist. Apart from them i submitted the below ones:
1) Attested photocopies of my 10th, +2 and my Engineering Degree along with marksheets of all years.
2) Education loan letter (No Bank Statement).
3) Experience letter issued by my employer.
4) Latest Salary Slip.
5) SOP (Statement of Purpose). You must write a strong SOP.
6) Fees payment slip of First Semester.
7) Fees recieved slip issued from the college

Sorry yaar.. i filled that on hard copy and didn't kept any copy of the form.

No need to write SOP if you have no rejection and gap...

its very rare that VO ask for income source but you should ready with it..
1.If your parents is supporting you for finance than write their name and under spp no need to attach any addditional document until chc demand for any document.

2. iTRs are not needed for spp program

as you are married and your husband is supporting you than no need to mention about your parents income....
