help i need your openion im a foreign worker here in canada but im planning to switch or changes my status instead of worker is possible to change to caregiver INSTEAD...how can i changes my status we need to exit in US...can you give me a clarify decision because im always thinking about that ill make sure before we can do that...give me an idea that is my second option because i think the foreign worker is until 2015 is that true...thank you so much your concern i will appreciated...

Do you have experience as a nanny or certificate in care giving, certificate experience within the past three years? If you do then you can send your application to LA or NYC consulates.

no, i dont have any experience but im planning to study this january as a health care aide because the HCA is only 5months how can i send there in NYC or LA....is possible right to changes my status....but do you any idea the foreign worker is until 2015 i hope the rules and regulations is changes before 2015

The requirement is a 6-month certificate course. I don't know if the HCA will qualify you under the program. Another way of doing it is be a nanny under the TFW for a year then apply under LCP when you already have the required experience. Under TFW you will end the application to CPC-Vegreville for change condition/extend stay and when you have the one year experience apply at LA or NYC.
