There were 2 part time semesters during my period of study. But that was not mentioned anywhere in the refusal letter. Do you think it would be a problem this time or I will get it because they said I did not provide documents and I am uploading everything this time?

If there is more than 1 part time semesters then yes it is possible that you can be refused again. PGWP is only eligible for students that are attending classes full time and continuously.

But wouldn't they have mentioned that as a reason too in the first refusal letter?

Thats not a big reason to worry. As long as you are a full time student during the validity of your study permit, you would not have problem.

Did you apply again and got the PGWP?

Hi! I received my transcripts and confirmation of graduation by e-mail on January 18th 2021.
Although, the transcripts are dated December 18th 2020, my last day of class. By then I did not have even have my grades yet!

When should I consider the 90 days? On the date of first notification? Or the date printed?
Thanks

This is an old post. It's 180 days now. It's been like that for a while.

Thanks @scylla , yes, for the PGWP is 180, but the 90 days is still valid for expiry date on study permit. The question is, when does the 90 days start counting? The IRCC website says from the date of notification. Thats the confusing part.

Thanks again!
