Study permit application process in Islamabad... For her case may be there are some other issue as well. Let say I know a guy his wife applied for study permit and the guy was Canadian immigrant working in a company. He took a letter from MP to speed up process.
He also applied for spouse file as well.
So, This is different situation.

You apply online but your file is evaluated at your local Canadian Embassy.

If your uncle or any relative visits CIC in Canada, they wont be able to help you because they are not processing the file.

You can always try to visit the Canadian Embassy in your country and ask to speak to an officer although I doubt they will let you. Call them or fax seems like a good idea, keep trying that.

some say this online application is evaluated in visa office in missisuaga, some say it is evaluated in islamabad, whom should I believe?
