plz tell me universities which can provide me the LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE (L.O.A) with just only paying admission fee like 100/200/300$ ?
as i,m not willing to pay my semester fee/tuition fee till the decision ?

all universities give u admission letter without fee payment if u are accepted. u need fee payment to improve ur visa chances

Yes, Any University will give you LOA, if you fulfill their terms and conditions with paying their Application fee(some times its waived).

Go to www.cic.gc.ca and look up requirements for studying. There is a list on there with APPROVED colleges and universities in regards to getting OCWP and future PGWP.

Asking to be spoon-fed information is not nice. You have to do your own research, just like everybody else have.

Not necccessary. Without payment for the first semester some give you only PRE-acceptance letter. You can apply with it (according to CIC); however chances are higher with prepaid tuitions. (if the application for study permit is rejected you will get a refund (minus $100/$500 application fees) from the university).

I do not know if they say that on their site but they definitely WRITE that in their pre-acceptance letter.

Their pre-acceptance letter even does not look as acceptance one. And it does not have all information requested by VO (for ex. there is not the exact dates for the beginning and completion of the program, just duration like "one year program" or "two year program").
