I write in my application preecding 10 years experience.
COMPUTER PROGRAMMER 2174 2 years but less then 3
computer instructor 4131 1 year but less than 2
Software Engineer 2173 1 year but less than 3
Network Administrator 2281 2 years but less then 3
please guide me it js correct or wrong
can write all of these one in the form shows in the form last 10 years please write what is the procedure please show sample

What exactly are you looking for? If you are looking for eligibility evaluation, then, yes, you might be eligible under College and Other Vocational Instructors (NOC Job 4131), provided you satisfy other criteria.

Hey you can only fill up the Schedule Work Experience form and apply for Canada if you have worked in a Senior Position for at least 1 Year.
You don't need to mention all the details and NOC code which u have mentioned.
You only need to mention these details
Computer Systems Manager or any title managerial Title which u like. Just check the NOC code and Titles from the site
Job Descriptions
* Make a separate sheet and add all your duties which u perform and that should not be company specific.
* Just write all the work you have done till date.
Example :-
0213 Computer Systems Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
* Manage Computer Systems and Operations
* Develop and Manage Computer Programs
* Manage Software Programmers in their daily operations
* etc.....

Add all the details like this and create a sheet and attach it.
