When I press Edit Applicant, I can only view the related information for the applicant details but cann't edit it. however I can edit the information under "Edit Application".

same here... I cannot perform changes under "edit applicant" and edit application". I am using IE10 as my browser and even tried to use IE8 but still no avail. Really appreciate for anyone who can give an advice.
