thank you jes_ON, yeah i talked to her but she dont want to give anything,. what i only have is her birth certificate.. what im planning to do is write a letter which explaining why i dont have her picture..
Is that gonna work or not?

You need more than her picture. She also has to complete the medical to be included in your application.

If you do not want to include your daughter in your application then you should provide evidence that your wife has custody of your daughter and that she would not give you photos or allow your daughter to complete the medical.

No, that will not work. I recommend seeking the advice of an immigration lawyer for this...
