Help! Extended or immediate family member for visitor visa

Hello,
Hop everything is good. I needed some help from you guys. My father passed away recently and I wish to call my mom on visitor visa. My mother’s mom (my grandmother) is a Canadian Citizen and I am on my work permit. We are planning to apply form her basis. I am just confused with the definition on the website. Is my mom an extended family member of my grandmother or an immediate family member?

I am asking this cause I need to determine if I need to apply for a-written authorisation or not? Please advise.
