I was enrolled in acedemy of learning college in Alberta for october intake in 2015. I got here in canada late september and décided to change institution . I got acceoted for March 2016 at International Institute of Travel. Reason for change of school. I had no accomation to stay in Alberta. So I stayed in scarborough. During the time waiting to start school. I was working full time until the late feburary 2016 and change to part time. My question is if there will be a problem when I have to renew my study permit next year.

If you arrived in September 2015 and didn't start school until March 2016 - but worked full time from the time you arrived in Canada - then you were working illegally and it's quite possible you're going to have issues renewing your study permit. It will be up to CIC if they decide to renew your study permit or not.

Also you should be aware that your new school is a private college and it's quite likely you won't qualify for a PGWP once you complete your studies there.

1. After June 2014, all DLI schools are bound to report the status of international students to CIC. So, you better know the situation at renewal time.
2. Only 'degree' courses are eligible for PGWP from DLI private schools.

I believe this couldn't be considered a break, since you were supposed to start you school in October and instead you just went working....I think the main issue here is that you didn't go to school for your October intake. If you'd went for October intake and then transferred for you March 2016 intake, then you wouldn't have any problems since you were a student all the time and just decided to change institutions. BUT, you weren't a student once you arrived and you didn't go to school all this time thus violating the Study Permit rules....
At least that's how I think it is.

How was it violated? i had enroll into school since i change in october for march intake. I asked my education advisor if it will be okay for me to work full time while waiting to start school . he said yes.also it states on cic website students are allowed to work upto 4 months full time during breaks.

Was your Study Permit issued for October intake? If yes, did you go to school in October?

If you want to prove yourself at any cost, then no one can help you. You changed school and "forced to wait" till March...that's your problem, not CIC.

1. You can work full time only during the 'scheduled breaks' (not any breaks of your choice). The scheduled breaks must be according to what school (academic calendar) specify. You can't just take off anytime.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-offcampus.asp

2. You not only supposed to be enrolled but must also be registered for courses at school. Just by paying tuition and taking off for few months doesn't mean you are actively pursuing the course on an ongoing basis. The moment you stop attending schools (or not registered for any courses), you are legally bound to stop working. At the time of study permit renewal, CIC ask for 'letter of registration' (not letter of tuition fees reciept).

Hi, I'm also on the same boat.

I came in March for April intake but I've changed to another school starting in September. First was a 1 yr Pgd in a private school, the second is a 2 yrs Msc thesis based in a public university.

But I don't want to work. I'll just sit still till September.

Your study permit is already invalid. Yes - you can work on breaks. But you weren't on a break. You stopped attending school. Once you stop attending school for 90 days or more your study permit is automatically canceled. So you certainly engaged in illegal work - and based on what you've said, you're also now in Canada without status (your study permit was automatically canceled in either December or January) and you are both working and attending school without status in Canada (i.e. illegally). Assume the chances of your study permit being extended are nil. Expect that you're going to be told to leave Canada.

Explain how i am illegal?. If i was illégal they would have already removed me from canada. I am currently actively pursuing my studies and working part time only 15 hours. So what is my best option

You were out of school for more than 90 days. This canceled your study permit automatically. Hence you're most likely out of status and are in Canada illegally.

I would contact CIC to find out if they think you are still in status. If they say you are out of status - you'll need to leave Canada and then try to obtain a new study permit from outside of Canada.
