How was it violated? i had enroll into school since i change in october for march intake. I asked my education advisor if it will be okay for me to work full time while waiting to start school . he said yes.also it states on cic website students are allowed to work upto 4 months full time during breaks.
If you want to prove yourself at any cost, then no one can help you. You changed school and "forced to wait" till March...that's your problem, not CIC.
1. You can work full time only during the 'scheduled breaks' (not any breaks of your choice). The scheduled breaks must be according to what school (academic calendar) specify. You can't just take off anytime.

2. You not only supposed to be enrolled but must also be registered for courses at school. Just by paying tuition and taking off for few months doesn't mean you are actively pursuing the course on an ongoing basis. The moment you stop attending schools (or not registered for any courses), you are legally bound to stop working. At the time of study permit renewal, CIC ask for 'letter of registration' (not letter of tuition fees reciept).
