What my correspondence letter said is that the study permit becomes invalid 90 days after COMPLETION of studies irrespective of the date of expiry stated therein. If he did not complete his program, it is not invalid.

Hi, I'm also on the same boat. I came in March for April intake but I've changed to another school starting in September. First was a 1 yr Pgd in a private school, the second is a 2 yrs Msc thesis based in a public university. But I don't want to work. I'll just sit still till September.
