Help!!! can't access the check my application status online service

Hi everyone,
I received my AOR on December 4th and I've been trying to access the check my application status online service since then, with no success. I select Immigration File Number, write my file number, my last name and select the other information, but I keep getting the same answer of try again... Check your answers...over and over again. Is it because they haven't started processing my application yet??? Does it take so long normally??? Thank you in advance.

I had the same problem.

It turned out they had (and still have despite an email informing them of their mistake) entered my name on to their system incorrectly.

It may be a long shot, but double check your name on the letter they sent you.
