HELP!!!

For #6-d: I applied for US visa before and was denied, should I check this item "YES"? I forgot about my US visa application before that's why I choose "NO" until I read someone got this mistake here.

I already sent my application yesterday.

So does it mean I don't need to send the "correct" form immediately? I'm so worried.

No, even if u send correct form seperately it has no meaning

I'm just worried that the immigration might think later on that I "lied" to them that's why I was thinking to correct it as soon as possible.
