Help! Application status update!

Hi,

I just noticed this in my application status. I'm confused because I did not submit any application. I did not pay any fees. I just created a profile and waiting for an ITA.

The reason I'm worried is because I recently got an ITA and I'm suppose to decline it but I accidentally clicked on "Continue application" but I did not do anything after that and I just declined the invitation. I'm afraid that somehow screwed up my profile settings....that's why I'm seeing this confusing message in my account.

Application status:
We received your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
