I am a Canadian permanent resident, I placed my credit card info to pay for my
aunt's Federal skilled worker application. Unfortunately, the bank
changed my credit card number while her application was in process, I have
contacted CIC and gave them a new credit card number to process
before the bank canceled the old number "30 days", I received an official
reply saying they could not locate her application! and needed a Fed-EX
proof that she has sent her application "Which I answered "... Well, they have sent her a
rejection because the processing fee was not there. I would like to appeal
this case and ask them to re-open her old file, because her job does not
qualify under the new ruling and she has 2 master degrees that will
guarantee her more than enough points to pass under the old system.
