Today I became a Canadian citizen, many thanks to all of the contributors here for all the valuable advice and tips and best of luck to all those who are waiting. We applied in June 2013. So be patient people. All the best and time to move on and get on with life as a proud Canadian.
The last atip a month ago did not show the test result (20/20), it just mentioned the exam, I requested another one hopefully by the end of this month, to see if there is any progress, we are a family application, I heared it takes longer?!
I contacted another member on the form and he is still waiting, I would request atip right away, the only explanation is that that the files were put on the side and forgotten for a while...all the best guys
I just remembered my daughter was 3 and a half, she started screaming in the church while my cousin was getting married, I had to take her out and missed the rest of the cermoney!

Tottaly agree, I would never take my baby to such an important event as this. If anything it shows lack of respect for others, it's really not hard or expensive to find a babysitter or an arrangement....
That is great news, the question is
-will it apply to people who applied already and what is the effective date?
-does anyone know more about the old process?
I have had my test and waiting patiently for the oath, there is no logical explanation why some people get it much faster than...
Consider yourself lucky. Some people were kicked out of the ceremony because of babies. I will never take my kids to this. It is worth hiring or finding a babysitter.....
