well if you do borrow the money and pay it back and get your ppr. you'll be landing with barely any cash. how would you expect to survive there? You might not find high paying work for a while and will have to stick to survival jobs. People have mentioned the cic proof of funds is barely enough to survive after they land.
This is for your own good as much as a cic requirement.

Yes job offer with LMIA (Google LMIA for more details) will give 50 points.

But it is extremely hard to get a job from outside Canada. I would say chances are zero unless you possess an extremely rare skillset (like cryogenic rocket scientist)

So it's no use of using job bank...

Agency will do more harm than good. Ditch them and do it yourself. Express entry is a pretty straight forward process.

We are pushing out the agency; however, they had created my express entry profile. My question is If we plan to do our own without any Help from the agency. Can we still create our express entry profile again?

Most certainly, you can- ask them to delete the profile and you guys can do it yourself. Btw your surname sounds from Kerala? Namaskaram undu.

If they asking the money back I doubt will they delete this for us.
Also, they created this profile using different email id. So, if we use our own I'd to create the profile it will work right..? Let me know.

Yep- no duplication concerns as long as they didn't use your email ID. What's your CRS score now?

You can ask the agency to delete your profile and you can create a brand new one.

Or you can create a new login (GCkey) and then link your existing application (created by your agency) to your own login.

Mine is 407. Lost big points due to 0.5 difference in listening.

Mine was just like your score and it was only 369 - however it increased to 444 when I got 8.5 in the Listening next round.

Retake your IELTS is my only piece of advice !

That's really great. Mine is 3rd attempt. I too feel they deliberately decreasing 0.5. because last time I lost 0.5 in writing.

My timeline is on the signature, as indicated- I haven't reached Canada yet. Received an ITA and in the process of gathering docs.

And all the documents need to be notarized.?

Most docs are needed only after ITA- I received my ITA on 4 Oct 2017 (it's on my signature). You need the ECA and IELTS scores with hard copies before creation of your Express Entry profile.

You don't have to notarize the docs- everything is electronic submission.

You meant that all of ur send as PDF as electronically to them once ITA issued right.

How long u tried for IELTS to get cleared.

Also, how you will intimate ur draws happened at ur score. I think u get an email also u can see in the profile right

I'm doing it alone, leveraging tidbits of wisdom from this stupendous forum. It was my 2nd attempt for IELTS- I rather didn't take the 1st attempt too seriously and casually just appeared for the Listening test. As a result, I learnt my mistake and retook it (this time practicing Listening tests only).

You will get a message in your CIC once you receive the ITA. An email is also sent through to your registered email address mentioning that your CIC profile has been updated.

I reiterate: all submissions of docs are in the PDF format barring pictures (which should be in JPEG), and it's electronic. You've to upload it via the link the ITA form generates !
