Help! About the expiration day of IELTS

I need your guys suggestions!!

I want to apply under CEC. I started my current on Dec. 1, 2012. Therefore, I will have one year full-time working experience on Dec. 1, 2013. But IELTS will be two year old on Dec 3, 2013. And Dec 1 is sunday, therefore I can not submit my application on on Dec 1 ( I asked Fedex and UPS, not sure about canada post though). The fedex told me if I give my package to them on Dec 2. My package will reach the destination between 10:30 am and 2:30 pm on Dec 3. Is my IELTS still valid on Dec 3?

Any suggestion? Do I have to submit my package after Dec 1, (after that day I will have one year working experience) Can I submit it before Dec 1? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.

You'll need to get new language testing results, either IELTS or CELPIP, as your results will be older than two years when the application package arrives at the CIO (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5610E.pdf).

I doubt you can submit before December 1. The dates on the employment reference letters (and other evidence if applicable) are a vital part of the calculation of how much work experience you have. The VO is not going to count work experience that accrued after those letters were written.

YES, I live in halifax, Nova Scotia. 4 hour driving to Sydney.....

Well, you really are leaving no margin for error. At best, your reference letter(s) will show that you have precisely 12 months of qualifying work experience, and at best, your application package will be received on the very last day that your IELTS is still valid.

But some friend told me that I can submit my application on Nov 29 (Friday), which is the last day of my one year working experience. And I will have my reference letter signed on Nov 29.

If I submit my application on Dec 2 (Monday), my application can only reach CIO on Dec 3, and I am not sure if my IELTS is still valid on Dec 3.

I need your suggestions on when I should submit my application. Nov 29 or Dec 2? Thanks.
