Has anyone ever been in my situation I need advice please! I sent my spouse sponsorship application to cic and am the sponsor. It's been two months without any response. So I called them but the agent told me that my file has no email address yet I submitted it. So the cic sent me a letter through mail on the 21 Dec 2017, today is 4th Jan I haven't seen any thing. What should I do?

Usually takes 6-8 weeks and the government has not been running at full capacity or the Christmas holidays. You should get an email in the next month.
