Please I have a question, Can I apply from dependents children to come to Canada on Visa Visa? Kids are still Minors, less than a year. And thie PR application under family sponsorship is till pending. But I was wondering if I can apply for a Visitor Visa for them to come to Canada on Visit while thier PR application is still being processed by IRCC. Please your input would be appreciated . Thanks .
