Royal Direct Bank Payment is just the method through which the payment was made. Your sister probably paid your tuition fee directly from her Royal Bank of Canada account. It's nothing to worry about.

You're overthinking it, a lot of students get their fees paid through relatives abroad. This will not be grounds for refusal. You'd have to have multiple issues with the finance part for them to reject your visa. Don't worry, you'll be fine.

bcs gic is mandatory.
