Hearing date

I want to know when you get hearing date is it exact date given by rpd or they give 15 days timeframe to choose from? Likewise my consultant called me and said he got a call from rpd asking for any date after 4 months for hearing. I am doubtfull because i didnt rcvd any email. Previously i rcvd all emails from them directly like work permit. Now my consultant is demanding more money how i can pay him without any proof of date.

It's an exact date. You're going to receive something like a court subpoena. It is possible to call them and request another date, but within sensible limits, of course.
