Biometric completed in Jan 2022 .
Spouse biometric in June 2022

Am oct 2020 applicant ( India) done my biometric in march 2022. In june my criminality, ECA, Ielts was passed and they were checking my Eligibility. After that no update. Is anybody here in same situation?

Since they are processing June/July 2020 at this time, may be they will come to your application later. I am considering the sequential order here. Rest IRCC knows better.

Hi. Can anybody help me with a question. . I am here in Canada and working as a psw in a rerirement home. My employer is ready to give me the job letter. I was just confused if i could apply under this program because it looks like that we need to work in somebody's personal house but i am working in a retirement home. Can you please guide me if i still quality. My job is in NOC4412. Thanks

Thank you for your reply. I asked someone and she said that this program needs a private household to apply. She said retirement home won't be considered a private household. I am confused.

so in that case you can apply for new w/p under your existing NOC related job as you inside already won't will be hard.

Hi. I applied under HCCP last January 2020. With 3 dependents- husband and 2 kids. Medicals, Biometrics, PCCs, RPRF requested last July 2022 and done Aug 8. Waiting now for eligibility. Background check in progress.
The problem is, i dont know if I paid for my 1 dependent since I decided to add her to accompany us to canada last Aug. 2021. Other than the overdue payment which is CAD150, documents and employment letter are correct since last year. CIC also did not ask for missing payment when they sent request letter last July 2022. And no additional documents needed in the case status. I paid for my dependent this month just in case and uploaded in the webform with apology letter. Will it delay/refuse our application?

How did you upload additional via the webforms for the HCCP with UCI and Permanent application number (Permanent AOR). I tried but there was not option for HCCP-Permanent residence application being processed within Canada.?
